My specialty is in helping my clients to profitably and quickly sell or buy a house. That sounds simple, but it takes many years to master.

Here is my philosophy regarding working with my real estate clients. This is the distillation of over 25 years of experience helping people to sell and purchase their homes.

There are two similar but vastly different perspectives that I have seen people experience in real estate:

Selling your home is a financial decision with important emotional considerations.

Buying a home is an emotional decision with important financial considerations.

I believe that selling your home or finding and buying that dream home you are searching for should not be filled with stress. It often is, but it does not have to be.

My function as your Real Estate Broker is to give you the benefit of my 25+ years of experience, so that you can concentrate on your goals, needs, and dreams, not the ‘nuts and bolts’ of what it takes to successfully complete a sale.

History

Established in 2005

After working with other real estate offices for over 20 years as an Associate Broker, I decided to open Phillips Realty LLC in 2005 in order to specialize in helping clients to buy or sell a home as profitably and as quickly as possible.

Don’t all brokers do this? They should, but it’s an unfortunate fact that many do not have the skills or experience to handle a very complex transaction the way it should be handled…not the way the franchise you work with wants it handled.

I help you to control all of the multiple areas that are involved in a real estate sale or purchase, and make sure nothing gets forgotten along the way. When your transaction closes, you can be sure that you’ve received the best assistance you could have gotten from all of the vendors in your transaction.

Jonathan Phillips received his real estate broker’s license in 1984. He has experienced – and helped clients deal with – multiple up cycles and down cycles in those 25+ years.

Jonathan’s strength is in his personal intervention for his clients. His clients receive his full attention throughout their transaction.
